Riad Zaouia 44 has eight suites, each with a corner living room and a bathroom finished in tadelakt plaster. The Menzeh Jouj suite upstairs includes a Moresque alcove bed, a sitting area, and a large bathroom with a tadelakt bathtub. The Menzeh Wahed suite on the first floor faces the large bhou. All suites are air-conditioned and include a seating area, wardrobe, and patio or garden views. The Petit Patio suite on the ground floor can convert to a family suite for three people.

the riad was beautifully renovated AND decorated with a contemporary look. the hosts and caretakers provided excellent service. mohamed was helpful before our arrival, assisting with taxis and souk tips. imad was attentive and ensured we were well taken care of .
the riad is located in a remote area. accessing the centre required a taxi, as walking was quite far. there Were NO name signs, giving the impression of a random door.

the hotel IS within walking distance of various tourist sites, though it requires a bit OF a walk TO reach the centre. a taxi station NEARBY assists with transport needs. many motorcycles and some dust are present.

the breakfast included fried eggs every morning WITH crepe or traditional pastry. porridge or yogurts were not available, limiting the selection. good coffee was available AND prepared perfectly.

the courtyard included a garden and A pool that created a relaxing atmosphere. the rooftop offered views of a mosque AND a unique ambience. the hammam gave an ideal way TO finish each day.

The staff was helpful when i had questions. They provided tips.
the breakfast timing was inconvenient, starting quite late. it was challenging to manage with my kids. also, smoke from the courtyard fireplace infiltrated our room one evening, my clothes smelled.

the staff were professional and helpful . my petit patio suite matched the online description. housekeeping kept everything very clean. breakfast was delicious and served in the tranquil courtyard each day.
the iron was shared among eight rooms and lacked an ironing board. it did not function correctly sometimes it was unavailable. this made ironing clothes inconvenient
