Riad Zaouia 44 has eight suites, each with a corner living room and a bathroom finished in tadelakt plaster. The Menzeh Jouj suite upstairs includes a Moresque alcove bed, a sitting area, and a large bathroom with a tadelakt bathtub. The Menzeh Wahed suite on the first floor faces the large bhou. All suites are air-conditioned and include a seating area, wardrobe, and patio or garden views. The Petit Patio suite on the ground floor can convert to a family suite for three people.

Guests receive a free full breakfast. Several shaded lounges under pergolas and a bar serve fresh fruit cocktails. The large living room has a fireplace for winter meals and offers board games and documentation on Marrakech and Morocco.
